Information on Vario 3 pump

I was thinking of purchasing a Vario 3 dosing pump. I read on your site that you can not use the Vario 3 for Kalk? why? Also I read that it can not run constantly?

Hi Connie,

We need to update our web site. The Vario can handle kalkwasser, they recommend cleaning/replacing the airline tubing every three months to prevent a blocked line caused by a calcium buildup.
The pumps can also be run continuously now. We are out of stock today, but should have more in a couple of days.

Hi Connie,

They did install a relay to overcome the continuous operation problem. I honestly do not know on the tubing. The documentation does not mention an improvement in this area.
