Innovative Marine LED lighting

Question is on the lighting provided in their Nano 16 Gal tanks.

They are setup to run day light and moon light settings. My question is how should I have these setup on timers to provide the best for fish and corals?

How long each day for daylight / moonlight and/or both on at same time.

I am not sure if the moonlight is just for 'looks' or if it benefits the fish/corals. Any info would be great, ,haven't been able to find much online.

I have the lights on for about 10 hours a day. First two hours, whites only. Then Blues and whites on for the next 6 hours. Then the whites go out and the blues stay on for another 2 hours.

It's worked well..Jury is still out on whether or not these lights can do anything more than the very easy soft corals.
