I just got the AUQA GADGET MIDSIZE MINIMAX PRO MEDIA REACTOR this product here:

I have the pump on lowest setting and reactor on lowest and still gfo dont tumble it actually coming out. Also I have to hit the pump sometimes to get it to work. Is this junk? Anyone recommend a better reactor? I may return this garbage. Or am I doing something wrong?

Trouble now means trouble later. I would send it back because of the pump.
Without a video we can see there is no answer.
