Well i hope so cause I use alot of it , j/j its safe after it cures, remember this is the same stuff plumbers use for your water lines in your house.

Well they use them for the drain lines which feeds into the waste sewer system, water lines are usaully copper piping with sauder

Yes but if the cement is Safe for potable water use it is fine.
Potable Water Is Drinking Water.
