Is My Pink Lemonade Micro ok???

I got this in this morning and i thought it was dead on delivery 1st pic. I e-mailed to the company and sent them the pic. But they say that micros look like that when they are shipped. Well this is what it looked like after the lights turned on about 6 hours after delivery (2nd pic). The company says it is not dead. What do you guys think??? I'm getting worried as i paid a lot of money and it doesn't look like i will get my money back. Figures i get something nice and it's not.

What is their return policy? Is it within a certain period? If they're encouraging you to wait beyond that period, I'd feel a little uncomfortable.

If your water parameters are good, I'd wager that it'll survive. I'm a natural optimist, though Good luck.

i cant really tell whats what in the second picture but it still has color and doesnt look like its in too bad of shape so im gonna agree that it will be fine. how it looks after one day is usually a good sign, you can never trust how it looks the first day as it is still adjusting.

I'd say you will be good to go in afew days when it gets settled in. Definately not dead .

WOW!! that is one unhappy micro. I just got a shipment from Doctor (Chris) and the ployps looked nothing like that. When they arrived you could tell what the micro was without even putting it in the tank. Lots of flesh and not receeded at all. Was it shipped overnight or was it 2-3 days in shipping? I would agree that with good water parameters and lighting it should pull through. They are tough little buggers! But it shouldn't look that bad either. I hope it will pull through for you. I would think twice about ordering from them again.

lol i will take another pic tonight. I'll do a daily update for you guys. I really hope it makes it. Really disappointed too last night stood in front of my tank pretty much the whole day looking at it.

Dang, I just got my pink lemonade from the same seller earlier today. He shipped it to my home address instead of work, but thankfully it showed up and in good shape.
