Is Rid ICH enough?

Hello RC Swimmers,

I was wondering if Rid ICH is good enough to use in my main tank? I just have one fish which has developed ICH. I guess it is in the pre stages and has not fully cycled yet. I was going to do frequent water changes with using the Rid ICH medication. I was also looking into freshwater dips. Is this a good idea being that I do not have acces to a hospital tank? Is the Rid ICH really invert safe? I also have an cleaner shrimp in the tank, will this help as many have stated before?

fw dips. dont use medication unless you remove all inverts first.

mostif the meds use copper and that kills all inverts

You'll want a hyposalinity hospital tank, IMO. I don't think any of the fish medications other than copper has any proven effect on marine ich. These articles might help:

I wouldn't put any medication into my display tanks.
