Is this a Acan or a Favia?

can I get some of you tell me if this is a Acan or Favia?

Also, what would you guys think a fair asking price for a peice like this if it was like 4inch by 4inch.

Looks like a stressed out Acan lord, but not the best pic. Can't comment on price as prices have changed over the last year drastically and are kinda up to what it's worth to the seller and (perhaps more importantly) the buyer. The special pieces (vivid coloration-usually intense reds and pinks) still grab a healthy amount, but it's hard to tell what that one really looks like from that pic. I got a piece about six months ago that was ~3x4 and it ran me around $140. I liked it, so I paid that for it. Not all will, though.

Acan lord? any one else want to put in there thoughts?


What would you guys recommend I do, it's in low-mid light right now, and low-lowmid water flow.

It does look very stressed out. How long have you had it in the tank? It may be easier to identify once less stressed. Both Acans and Favia do well in lower light and flow.

Judging by the large teeth on the corallites, it's a Musside. Probably a lord, but not sure.

So no one thinks this is a favia? I swear this one looks like a favia albidus. it looks exactly like it.
