Is this a parasite in my leather?

I have noticed my leather not doing so well for months now and i saw some holes. Today i noticed this in it. What is it and can i do like a freshwater dip or something to help?

Google or search holes in leather corals. It's a well known issue.

Not sure about your photo, could be flatworms, but it doesn't look quite right? They do like leathers though.
 
Thanks, Yea i think its flatworms as well. I might give it a freshwater dip and see what happens. I think that one is so big i could put it out with tweezers.
 
I made a siphon vacuum. A 12" small pipe ( 1/2" pvc, cpvc or pex) and a long length of flexible hose that fits tight to the pipe. Put the pipe in the tank, put a filter sock in the sump, start the siphon and put the effluent end in the filter sock. Now vacuum up flatworms everywhere. They get caught in the sock and the water goes back into the sump.
