Is this BTA bleached? If so, What do I do?

pretty much. if its white its bleached. seems to have a little color though hopefully enough that under good lighting it can make a comeback. good luck

Good water quality, good light, and separating the clowns if they are bothering it. What type of lighting system do you have?

yeah what are the lights on your tank? also u can spot feed it any uncooked seafood like shrimp or mussles or krill(list can go on and on ofc) or try frozen mysis shrimp. that will assist the anemone in regaining its color in addition to seperating it from the maroons because they can be quite "rough" with anemones and would hinder its recovery
