Is this enough flow for a FOWLR

I currently have a Seio 1100 and a maxijet 1200 in my 90G. There is only one fish and minimal LR, so I thought this would be fine but just wanted to make sure. I guess the flow right now is about 1400 gph, so only 15x, which is so low compared to my reef tank.

Should be alright for a one fish tank, but I'm a firm believer of sturdy flow even in FOWLR systems. It a major stimulus for fish, no to mention therapudic/soothing. I personally noticed the activity level of my fish increase as the flow increased.
