Just bought a house in Kingsport

I just bought a new house and after 2 years of waiting its time to set my tank back up I have been living in a little apartment and the tank just took up to much space. I have a 240 and a 65 I will most likely set up the 65 to get started again I have already started making plans for the new tank it will be close to 1000 gal and visible from three sides. Iââ"šÂ¬Ã¢"žÂ¢m going to build it my self so it will be a slow project but fun.

Cool! I am in Nashville but my in-laws are from Kingsport. What area of town did you buy? I may have to drop by and see that 1,000 gallon one day!!

I got a place over by netherland in RD its an old house it was built in 1900 and I think it has never been redone so I have a lot of work a head of me. we are planing on remodeling the hole bottom floor so that the kitchen will be biger and so I can put the tank it but first I have to get it aproved its zoned historic so I have to ask permition to do any thing to the house. Im planing on building the tank out of fiber glass ply wood . I thought about doing a lagoon style tank kinda like at bays mountin in the base ment but the wife didnt think any one would see it.
