Just picked up a pair of P. cilata...mantis count 9.

Yeah, I'm addicted, but I have been looking for a P. cilata forever, and i had a chance to snag two of them.

One is pale green with a white racing stripe, the other is dark greenish with a mottled/camo pattern. My camera uploading software is on the fritz, but I shall have pictures as soon as possible.

I am really enjoying the P. Ciliata I picked up last week. She is much easier to photograph than my Gonodactyloids. I've heard it said a few times that they are "cat like" and I agree.

My P. Ciliata will stalk ghost shrimp and then "freeze" once she has them targeted, and will wait for movement from the shrimp before she strikes.
