Just started vodca dosing

And i have never pulled out as much stuff from my skimmer in 10 hours as i did just now. I didnt pull out very much but still way more than ever befor. and I was starting to get a red slime problem and all of it is almost gone. But i dont kno if thats because the vodca or running my return pump finally. Im so happy

Well the only recent pic i have of it the water is realy murky because i just finished moving it. So I just took a pic and in a week or 2 i will take a new pic and post them both

My advice is to start slow and if you think about dosing "just a little more"; don't. It took me awhile to lose the "fuzz" off my rocks. I actually take one day off a week just to be safe

Im doing half a mil a day rite now. I have a 80 gallon tank with a 30 gallon sump/fuge. So vodca per gallon would be about +- .13 mil per 25 gallon. I also have an HOB overflow and an external skimmer.

If you forget a day, don't double up the next day... Just forget that day.

Ok. will be sure to do that. I just hope I can get my dad to remember to do it when im gone. Especailly when I go to my uncles house for spring break : ) I have to feed his fish. But I talked to Ed when I got the overflow from him. he pretty much explained it all to me.

I am a little concerned that your are consuming more vodka than you are dosing. You can't even spell vodka because you're so drunk.

O well I guess you could call me a drunk if I even liked the taste of alcohol. And now I know how to spell vodKA. Thanks for the extra info. Besides, if my dad or my girlfreind or my girlfriends dad or her uncle or a bunch of other people i know knew I was getting drunk theyd probly all kill me
