I recently had a problem with my unit. For some reason, it doesn't allow the water to flow throw it. My incoming water pressure is about 60psi but water does not come out either output, ro/di or waste. Has anyone else experienced this, if so, how did you remedy it.

Could be a few things, open your number one housing and see if you sediment filter is loaded and plugged. Could also be your membrane is fowled and needs replacing. Number three could be your auto shutoff is plugged. All items are replaceable no problem, do a little checking and let me know what you find?
