Knoxville/Sevier area help

I am completely new to reef tanks and just got my first pico/nano tank and all in the mail. Now I am trying to find out where I could get the best live rock in the area at reasonable prices that are also pretty "lively" (not looking for dry rock, I'd like some that has life in it, meaning some hitchhikers ). Only need 5 lbs of it. Anybody able to help?

All the local stores have LR, the Coral Reef and Aquatic Marine have nice LR but not a lot of hitchhikers. If you don't find what you want local, try Marco Rock
