LaMotte Colorimeter (phosphate)

I'm looking for advice for buying a colorimeter to measure phosphate. I posted in the equipment forum but maybe you guys have more experience...

I have no experience with the more expensive model, but - the LaMotte Low Range Phosphate Colorimeter - the $175 model - can be considered the "standard" meter in the hobby. It is worth every penny if you want to keep close track of your PO4.

That said, if money is no object, there are $2000 meters out there. IMHO, the cheaper LaMotte is so widely used for good reason.

Ever thought of a Hanna? I have one and is one of the best tools for reefkeeping, expensive but worth it. Accurate every time.
