Leak!!!

Hello, I came home tonight from my mothers birthday celebration and was relaxing until I saw all the air bubbles in the return flow. I was thinking maybe I forgot to turn on the auto top off, nope it's on. Upon further investigation, I discovered a flow of water coming from a part of the tank that I don't see the most. The water was leaking from part of the trim around the the tank! Thank goodness it didn't happen while away for a weekend. Anyway I drained the tank to stop the leak and put in an air pump for the fish. I will be very busy in the morning. Keep an eye on your tanks people. Wish me luck on the repair.

thanks,

Johnny

Definitely worth taking a look at leak detection sensors I have seen it be as simple as a piece of paper towel between two alligator clips when it gets wet it closes the circuit and alerts

I machined a bracket out of plexiglass and there's also the Neptune offering.

OP, you need to maintain temperature for your critters too.

Good luck!!!!
