leather coral placement

New to corals, so sorry if the question is silly. Does it matter if my toadstool leather leans on the llive rock? It is supposed to be stand upright? The tentacles(?) are fully extended.

it's fine. They like plenty of flow

It can lean on the rock but it will attach to it.

 

[fish are life]

my leather ilways finds a way to fall onto teh sand bed. i dont see any fish pick him off but i cant keep him on the rocks.
