LED color - reef breeders vs ebay led layouts

Never had reef breeders myself. But my new tank I just upgraded to came with ocean revive 247s and while I'm waiting on my Kessils to be delivered in using them on my tank, and I must say I'm impressed. No purple hue. Really good color. I may even keep one to use in the center of my tank and surround it with the Kessils. I like the look better than the ai hydras I just sold (although I didn't have them long enough to play with them much)

If I am not mistaken Reef Breeders allows you to make custom layout and diode selections.

I've heard this too, plus it won't void warranty
