If you want good answer you have to describe something .
How much leds of each type?
Do you want control them, or just plug in 110 outlet?
 
ok... one more time.

Each driver have some output current, and output voltage, to help you choose the right drivers need to know:

1. Number of White LEDs
2. Forward current for white LEDs
3. Forward voltage for white LEDs

same parameters needed for all other LEDs, which you bought

if you want to correct color of your light and control you have to go with dimmable drivers,
if you want go chipper way, read this:

96 White 700ma 3V VF
30 Blue 700ma 3v VF
4 red 700ma 3v vf

I think plug in 110 is better then have you tried this already?
 
For 72 White:
Mean Well HLG-185-42B - 6 strings of 12LEDs at ~650mA
For 24 white:
Mean Well ELN-60-48D - 2 strings of 12 LEDs at ~650mA
For 28 Blue:
Mean Well ELN-60-48D - 2 strings of 14 LEDs at ~650mA
