LED driver questions

I bought two mean well ELN-60-48D dimmable drivers. Now I need to know what kind of power cord to use. Can I use an extension cord and cut the end off? Can I run two drivers off of one power cord? Is dimming to 0 the same as turning the LEDs off? Or should I have the LEDs on a timer?

This type of dimmable drivers require an external controller, potentiometer + 10V Adapter, or at least some DC power applied to the dimming circuit to turn on. Without it your LEDs won't light up at all.
You will need a dimming kit to be able to control the two drivers.

I will be using my Apex controller to control them. I have the wire to hook the drivers up to my apex. I was under the impression that I needed a power cord too, so that I can plug them in.

Yes you need to give the driver 120v power. And yes cutting the end off an extension cord will work.
And you could run 10 of those drivers full out off a single circuit.

Great! Thanks so much. Do you know if dimming to 0% is the same as shutting the LEDs off?

No its not. In fact dimming to 0 and the leds might still be fairly bright.
You should use an outlet on your controller to actually disconnect the AC input to the drivers to turn them off.
