Is this a DIY fixture or commercial? Do you know what the LED's are driven at? Are optics like lenses, reflectors, or diffusers used? Those questions must be answered first before even attempting a recommendation on power but I would recommend starting lower than you think and watch the coral for reaction do small changes every 2-3 days.

For duration I use 10 to 11 hours total with an 8 hour peak of continuous power. I do a short sunrise and a long sunset (that is just for me, I have more time to watch the tank in the evening)

You should start at 30% as far as B and W channels, start with 30% B and only add enough white to get your desired color spectrum.

100% on 5W leds will cook your coral if tank is shallow

I run 3W leds and started 30% B and 15% W and raised a little every month while corals got used to leds
