Lemon Peel Not Eating

Kind of in a situation where I have got to get my Lemon Peel Angel eating. He is nice and fat but has came down with a little bit of ICH. He is in a 90 gallon reef with ALOT of liverock and is impossible to be caught unless I remove all the rock. I can't dose anything in the water as I have corals, anemones, sea fans, and so on. Here is a list of what I have tried to get him to eat with no success.

Brine Shrimp
Chaeto
Grapevine
Flake Food (With Garlic and Without)
Nori (Green Seaweed)
Pygmy Angel Formula (With Garlic and Without)


From what I understand him eating is the best thing for him right now. He does not have a bad case of ICH but it is present. Any thoughts or suggestions would be great. Thanks!!!

the liverock should be good to eat off of. you have a uv sterilizer and or neon goby or cleaner shrimp?

saddleback butterfly in the tank would take out the cleaner shrimp. I have a UV sterlizer but need to order a new socket as the old one has corroded out. I will see if I can pick up a neon goby. I take it that are god with removing ICH?
