I've never really tried a full nightime shot as there probably wouldn't be much in the way of color and detail to show, under the moonlights. The shot above looks to have been imaged under actinic lighting. I could be wrong though, perhaps I'll give it a shot later this eve.

Cool..I'd appreciate it. I went ahead and purchased the Current USA white luner lights. I was hoping they would be as bright as the above pic.

I have the 36" Current Orbit setup, the white moonlights are awesome!

here's 2 images ...

the first image is exposed and color corrected to represent what you might see of your tank with normal ambient lighting in the same room as the tank

This second shot is over exposed so that you can see what can be seen if you were light acclimated to the moonlights.
