What about either of these? My 30g is zoa/paly dominate, Will they munch on them?

I like the flameback ( Brazilian fireball is better though) but too small for 30 gallons
Pygmy is tiny will do better

Depends on what you want. Yellow-tailed blue damsels are common and hardy, but they're blue!

You can get a neon goby.

Or a small hepatus tang (if you have a larger tank to move it into in a year or so). This one's currently in my 28 gal JBJ:

A Springers pseudochromis is good, if you don't mind a little aggression.

IMO the Cherub Pygmy angelfish will add the blue plus a lot of personality to your aquarium. They are wonderful blue fish who will keep you entertained. Good luck with your choice.
