I just drilled my ATO on my Reefer 250. Bought these from Amazon. Works great. You're in Concord right? You can borrow them if you want.

Looks good. What size bulkhead you used? I am in North San Jose. I can pick up it next weekend.

I used a 3/4" bulk head. I won't be available this weekend. If you're in a rush 2 day Prime would be best. TBH if you are in Milpitas you are better off buying it for $8 bucks. Time and gas would cost you way more than that.

Wouldn't the hole be too loose for 3/4" bulk head? From the Amazon link, the drill bit size is 45mm or 38mm. Is the size in the description accurate?

Yes it's accurate. It's a bit loose, but I believe the next size down is too small. Not sure tho. With the rubber gasket it makes everything water tight tho. No leaks here.

Go with the 45mm bulkhead size bit, you can always use a reducing bushing for 3/4” pipe
