LF Skimmer

Long story short, I'm not able to consistently maintain PH above 8, let alone 7.8, typically swing between 7.58 - 7.8. I need a skimmer to aerate my 120 gallon tank (200 system), but not to necessarily "œskim" as my nitrates and phosphates are well in hand.
