Light fixture for sale or trade

Have this fixture, its 24"x24"x14"h it accepts 5x PC 55w/65w straight pin base
It has the internal wiring but has no ballast
It has two kinks on the sides, other than that it looks almost new
Looking for $35 or trade for frags.
