That's quite a mix of corals...there are plenty of books and resources out there to help select the animals that will get along with each other. Some of the corals can wage an aggressive chemical attack on other corals.

Getting back to your question: I'm running about 400 watts of power compacts with my soft corals. This seems to be an adequate amount of light for my 65 gallon display. I think this may be a bit too low for some of the hard corals.

Metal halids, pc's, t-5's...each have proponents. Each have their plusses and minuses too. Perform a search on the topic in this forum and in the equipment forum and you'll have enough reading material for a week.
