Lighting Help..need Opinion

Any opinions on this HQI 250wt hellolight retro? The fixture is only 3"h x 6"w x 10"L. Thinking of three of them on my 150 6' long tank with 14k Phoenix bulbs. Also uses ARO electronic ballast. Would small fixture still give me good light spread and will be 6 to 7 " above water surface. My tank is 18" wide. Price is right. Any input would be appreciated. Thanks
