I have 2x65 watt actnic blue and 2x65 12000k PC, can someone tell me what the 12000 and what its good for and what combination of PC bulbs would be best for a reef tank? I dont understand all this and need someone to explain it to me. Right now my tank has a slight blue color to it not the really clean white light i see at fish stores or is what i have better?

The 12,000 K is an indication of the spectral content of the bulb. Higher numbers are supposed to mean more bluish, for the standard aquarium range, which is maybe 6500 K to 20,000 K. You should choose lights that look good to your eyes, IMO. The setup you have is tending towards bluish, so you could drop the 12k for 10k or perhaps 6700K. I'd just ask at the fish store what kind of lights they're using. If the fixtures are PC, you should be able to duplicate it quite easily.
