lighting question

Hi, its another light question, but i was wondering it there is a big difference between the 12k and 20k with growing corals ( zoas, shrooms, rbta, ricordia, no hards) becasue i like the look of the 20k but i dont want to lose the growing power that the 12k has so if you could help that would great thanks btw they are 250watt

20ks should give you plenty of growth for said corals, but I am a recent advocate for pheonix 14k's. Plenty of blue, but plenty of growth! my 2 pennies
