Lights/Flow for acans, lords

What kind of flow and where in your tank do you put your acans and lords? Do they need mh? Should they be sheltered from direct light?

Lords like medium to lower light. Medium flow. They will generally survive under stronger light, but have better colors and are 'puffier' under less light. Mine are all under 400 watt 20K MH, but are at the bottom of a 30" deep tank with the lights another 8" off the water. My frags are growing under 175 20K MH in a 12" deep tank.

The worry for me is higher flow. I've nearly lost colonies when they were in an exposed area. Good luck, Steve!
