Whos puts vinegar in their limewater and has zero nitrates(undetectable), or puts it inside the limewater and still has some nitrates.
 
The theroy behind this poll is to see if vinegar actually impacts bacteria for the removal of nitrate, and phosphate. The bacteria use the C element of the vinegar.

Yeah but the problem with the results is the fact that we know nothing of people's filtration or feeding habits.. I could tell you I put in vinegar and my nitrates are monstrous but not mention that I feed a ton and have poo filtration ;)
 
Just started doing it to try and lower nitrates. Too soon to tell, plus have done some other mod's at the same time. Would love to know if it works though.
