Linksys WVC80N Remote URL picture

I called for technical support for my neptune apex to see the video remotely
and they told me I would need to contact Linksys for support. I am able to download an IP camera viewer and I watch it on my cell and watch it through the cisco linksys program. But it would be nice to have it show up in the apex window. They only helped me with the top part (local login to router)
I have my ip set up with port forwarding to the camera. So I asume apex does not support this type of video. Please give me some ideas of how to get this to work. The linksys program has an ugly blue box and I purchased the apex to watch this in there program. Oh, and this is the camera they recommend

Start your browser. Any will do other than IE 8.

I assume you know the IP address of your camera? If so, enter this in your browser URL:

http://your camera's IP address/img/video.mjpeg

see if that gets you a video stream. If so, then we can move on to the next step and put it in the Dashboard. If it prompts you for a password, enter it. We can get rid of that later.

I already have live video with the camera ip. in the apex program. I need to have the camerera work when I access it remotly with my router IP adress and camera port. Please advise

I'm sure you knew that, not sure why apex did not help me with this only the local camera ip.
