Live rock in refuge?

I wanted to see how many are using LR in their refuge.

I have some smaller pieces in there and rubble.

I have a pretty large pourus piece in my fuge. It is the amiphod Condo. You can look at it at anytime of the day/night and there are hundreds of them scurrying across the rock and in/out of the holes.

Looks like the majority of people (at least when i voted) are 9-0 for having rock in it.
I have some myself. I break it up and stack it for the pods and between baffles, etc..
I figured the more LR filtration the better.

Just rubble here... the pods seem to be multiplying like crazy just in the macro. I can definitely see the benefits though.

I have a bunch of Rquetball sized pieces in my sump for pod reproduction and more filtration, but as of right now i do not have an actuall fuge (will convert a 10g tank to one soon though, already have it plumbed into the system)
