lone false percula?

I have a large, lone false percula.

Can I add a small false percula, or will my larger fish make the small fish go bye bye?

I have no anemone.

It depends on what oher fish you have. I concentrate on clownfish mostly so I'm not sure exactly which other ish are likely to be a problem but if you post a list of other fish in your tank, I'm sure others will have more info.
