My pool pump burned out or something if anyone knows any that repairs or sells them it would be of much help.

maybe worth a frag just for a good referal

Had mine repaired a few times now... finally just bought a new one. First question is, why'd it burn out? If there's a small leak in the lines, it could run fine when primed, then leak out of the lines, losing its prime, and run dry the next day and fry the seals. That's what happened to mine. Had it rebuilt, fixed the leak, and it burned out 2 weeks later. They would NOT honor their own written warraanty, 90 days parts and labor. Fought with them 2 more weeks, then disputed it with Amex. They SIDED WITH THE REBUILDERS!!!!! I'll never rebuild again. The rebuild was just over $100, and the new pump was in the neighborhood of $279 with a full warranty. No problems in 3 years now.

There is a place off US1 near House of Fins. I believe they repair pumps and have heard good things about them. Can't recall name but its just south of House of Fins in that plaza.

thanks everyone stag empty your box.
lud the pump sounds like it wants to start. i took it apart up to the impeller and turned it on.I was able to turn the impeller by hand and get it to run but not after i put back together.
feels/sounds like the shaft might be corroded/rusted. did not go as far as opening the motor but from what i seen through the littler side grill holes its rusted a bit in there

Don't know a ton about pool pumps, but it could be that the brushes took a dump. Brushes are not very expensive at all, and if they actually broke into pieces it could "grind" and feel kindof like the shaft is rusted. Hardest part is finding the brushes. Just west of 441, there's a pump store that sells the little parts, on Johnson St (maybe taft?) I think it's called Johnson pumps. It's about a block in. Bring your pump to them, they can take a quick look and tell you what to expect. They may also test your capacitor for you in case it's shot.
