looking for a new camera

i currently have a kodak Dx3600 which dosent take very good tank pics at all. I dont take pics all that ofter but would like to be able to take better ones of my tank and its contents. I would like to stay under $400.00. any input would be great. thanks Ron

I got a Sony Cybershot H5 for $350 at Circuit City in September. I love it... I'm still learning how to use it, but here are some examples.
