Looking for a tank between 20 & 35 gal

Hi,
I know we have tried this before, but since situations change for people, I'll give it another go. I'm looking to build a tank for my mom for Christmas. I would like it to be around 30 gallons, but really I'll take what I can get. If you or anyone you know is wanting to get rid of a tank, please get into contact with me!

I've got about a 40g with stand. I am needing to get rid of. It was my wifes FO tank. I will sell the tank and stand and sand for $50

aquaphile has a Really Nice 30g cube complete setup for $350.
Rock, Stand, Hood, VHO and Halide lights, Pump, sand, sump, Reef Ready tank.
