My nigripes pair have been laying a nest regularily so I thought it was time to see if I could raise any.

Thanks in advance for suggestions.

goto www.adnup.com and buy some there. Pretty cheap way to get both delivered to your house. Always get my rotifers from there when I start a new culture. Get my phyto from Reed Mariculture. You can get both at adnup if you are just trying it out.

Phytoplankton is not the same as Chaeto. He is talking about something like nannochloropsis that is used to feed rotifers. It is a very small green algae. Like 5-10 micron.
