Looking for someone to maintain a 20g freshwater tank in Glendale area

I'm not even sure it's 20g, freshwater tank in a school. I have been paying 75 per month (my current guy graduated college and is moving).
It's min work and mainly water changes. I think the guy only comes either once a week or every other week.
