Looking MH reflector plans

I am look for DIY plans for good MH reflectors. Does anyone have any ?
Also what kind of aluminium is best and where did you get it?

I bought one of these 48" reflectors. They come in 24", 36" and 48". For the price, it's hard to beat. I'm going to build a canopy and paint the inside white. If I need more reflection, I may try polishing some aluminum flashing from Home Depot and add that to the sides of the canopy.
