LPS food?

I was wondering what people use to feed LPS. I have a brain coral, Trachyphyllia geoffroyi, and two candy canes and one trumpet Caulastrea furcata. Also, I notice their tenacles come out when the lights go out. Do people feed at night, first thing in the morning, or noon?
Thanks for the help!

i use a mixture of mysis, cyclopeez, rotifeast and xtreme garlic (it has trace elements as well as being super concentrated). i get a great feeding response.

Coral chili minutes before the lights go out. Garlic extreme 20 minutes before feeding gets them all excited. Coral chili is competitively priced and contains a wide variety of food. It replaced a lot of frozen and liquid concentrates.

My LPS that actually open open whenever food is introduced into the tank. I feed based on how large the polyps are. Cyclopeeze out of a syringe works for all and is extremely easy, enriched brine shrimp go to micros, smaller sun coral polyps, a favia brain, a small candy cane, and two chalice corals, and large mysis for my large cany canes, acans, lobophyllia, etc.

Thanks for the awesome advice, where do people buy cyclopeeze? I have been feeding kent pyhto, chromaplex, and reef bugs and they open for these foods. Also, do people feed every day, once a week?

Whatever your system can handle. Since most don't need to be fed, you can feed as much as you want so long as your water remains w/in specs
