How much can i sell Super Live Sand per lb?? i think i have around 50 lbs of great LS that i dont need. i wont have it ready for sale for about a month or so... i just wanted to see what i could get for it. i have about 30-35 Lbs of aragonite (fine) that was in my old fuge -- very alive with many pods/worms then i have about 20 lbs of sand from my main tank, aragonite (reef sand.. not that fine but not anyhting near crushed coral) full of mostly worms.

just curious to see how much cash i could get for 50-55 lbs of LS

You can probably get $2/lb for it, or you could cut a fellow reefer a break and sell the bucket for $25.

i got a lot of sand and put it in the tank... then forgot that i had sand in my existing tank. so now my 75 is fully set up and does not need any more sand. in a month or so i guess i will be cutting someone a break

I did that once. I didn't really forget the existing sand, I just grossly underestimated how much I had.

Make sure you dump a couple of cups from the old tank into the new tank so you can keep the biodiversity up. :thumbsup:

Maybe you can take the sand to the frag swap in May. Folks might want to trade frags for a few pounds and then we could all have a little piece of your old setup.
