Lyretail Anthia

Was looking on adding a new fish to my tank and have always liked anthias. I awlays heard they were hard to keep and had to be fed constantly. Doing some more homework though I have been reading that the lyretail is relatively hardy and can be happy with feeding once a day. Would the lyretail work with the fish I have? I am looking to keep an individual and not a trio, if I bought a female would she eventually turn into a male? I also plan on adding a GBTA, would adding this and the anthia make the bio-load to large?

what kind of fish do you have already?
what size tank do you have?
how long has it been set up?

Sorry, dont know why my info is not showing up:

Current Tank Description
72 gallon bowfront, ocelluris clown, B&W Clown, Six line wrasse, Yellow Tang, Purple orchid, Blue-green chromi
Other Info
Deltec MCE600, 2 Koralia evolution 1050, CPR HOB fuge

Its been up for 4 years.

I have 3 anthias and they all ate fine from day one no problem. As far as bioload adding that will be fine and the gbta dosent add much to the bioload.
