Magnesium

Hey y'all. Question? I have been using the typical Kent,bright well,type products for calcium,all,and mag.
I have stepped up my own game and bought bulk from BRS. That being said....I used to use(likely going back) ESV salt which comes with magnesium haptahydrate crystals.
When I ordered my Alk and calc they asked if I needed mag. I said no because, I have a bag of mag(haptahydrate) Sulphate already.
I read up some recipe's for my mas solution and its telling me about mag chloride and Sulphate are different and Epsom salt. NOW, I am a pretty smart guy. I just want my solution correct.
Can I use the Mag Sulphate (haptahydrate) by itself, or do I indeed mix it with something else like mag chloride? Is Epsom salt mag Sulphate? WTH? Thanks.

I'm using mag chloride to raise mine, had a little Epson and threw that in their to.


Takes a lot to raise levels for my 300g

On a one or two time basis you can use just one, but you need to use both Chloride and Sulfate long term.
