magnetic ballast install help?

I just received my new m102 magnetic ballast and I need help hooking it up. Anyone know where I can find some more detailed instructions? The ones that came with it suck. It is a core, cap and some kind of resistor. I can provide pics if needed too. Thanks!

On my m102 F-CAN ballasts, there is a red wire that goes to one bulb connection, and then you have your AC neutral leg tied to the white wire on the ballast as well as the other bulb end.

I wish this was an F-can, it is a raw core and coil.

Good, but not quite. Mine seems to have a starter. I'll post pics and a diagram of what I have.

I'll get pics in a little while, but here is what I have.

BALLAST:

LAMP: red
TAP: brown
120V: black/yellow
COM: yellow x2
CAP: red

CAPACITOR:

Two unlabeled prongs on the top
loose white cable labled: LAMP

ST. AID:

COM: white
TAP: blue
LAMP: red

There is a diagram on the ballast, should have pics in a few minutes.
