Magnetic Cleaners and Coraline

Will any of the magnetic cleaners actually scrub off coraline in a glass tank?

I saw one person who glued a single edged razor to one and used t to scrape coraline, but i don't think you'll have any luck with one alone.

With just a magnet cleaner there is no way, coralline is like concrete in a reef tank.

Everyone has done it. That's why the front glass doesn't have any. You just have to scrub a lot when it is barely there. I haven't had much luck trying to scrub it off the back of the glass though. Use a razor.

To answer your question, no.

with my tigershark magnet if i use it 2 times a week it will prevent coralline from growing but to take off established corraline I turn to the ol razor blade.
