mantis or lobster???

can anyone tell me if this is a baby mantis or lobster? I found him in my tank and dont know what he is. it looks like a lobster to me. It could be a shrimp as well. It is about 1/4 of an inch if even that. he has a white shell body and a clear tail. he also has long arms that stick straight out. Here is a pic. I have him in a glass of water now. anyone please help me.....
